Looking for my post.
Where is?
Here!
Thanks for the likes!
"Tutorial please ..."
Ok! I'll do!
Hello everybody! I'll teach you how to use and Composite Freestyle in Blender.
Before that, I'll show you how it's done my modeling project.
Accelerating the video.
Without further ado. Open a new test project to start. xD
Do your job.
In the "Properties", go to the tab "Render" (the first).
Scroll down and click "Freestyle".
The Freestyle is now enabled in the rendering.
To Freestyles settings, go to tab "Render Layers".
Line Set specifies which parts must be taken into account to be calculated in the Freestyle rendering process.
Line Style offers resources to define the appearance of lines.
If there are any breaks in the traces, I recommend that check the "Face Smoothness".
OFF / ON
See how to increase the thickness of the lines. Simply just go to and click the Line Style Thickness.
See how to make a material cartoon style.
Selecting the monkey.
In difuse and specular, there is an option "Lambert" and "CockTorr", switch to "Toon."
If you are not satisfied with the specular reflection, disable it by decreasing the intensity to 0.
We do the same with the donut!
The environment looks very dark. See how to increase the brightness of the environment. Go to the tab "World".
And then select Environment Lighting.
Now let's remove the surface and keep only a shadow. Go to the tab "Material" ...
And check ... "Shadows Only".
There is, without a shadow stuff. :)
But still showing traces of the object. : (
To solve this, go to the tab "Object" ...
And ... click "Add to Group".
After setting the group name "NotFreestyle", now go to "Freestyle Line Set".
Then click "Group" switching to active, choose "NotFreestyle" ...
Click ... and "Exclusive".
Did not like the gray background? Then, go to the tab "World" and change the Color Horizon.
Now let's do the part of Composite. In the bottom panel, where is the "Timeline", change the type to "Node Editor".
Make sure the icon is selected for the Composite mode.
Click the check box "Use Nodes".
Thus appears two nodes. Render Layer is an input image produced after the Render and Composite which is an output.
Now let's add a texture node, but before that, we will create a new texture.
After that, add the Texture node. CLICK: Add> Input> Texture
I forgot to change the name of the texture. xD
Now select the texture Texture Node.
Add the Mix node. CLICK: Add> Color> Mix
Putting the knot above the connecting line, begin to be part of the connection between two nodes.
Connect the "Color" from the Texture node to the second "Image" node Mix.
Change the option to Multiply Mix.
Finally, we will also include a gradient shadow effect around the image.
Create a new texture and choose the type "Blend".
Choose Blend "Quadratic Sphere."
Add a node Texture.
Add a node Mix and turn the Texture node.
Making some adjustments.
To export the image, click "Image" then "Save as Image".
Finished! :)
Not bad.
Thanks for watching.
